What is Every Day Incredible? 

Every Day Incredible is a blog and community intended to help professional Christian women find balance in their 8 areas of wellness through taking a Biblical approach to life.  

I (Keri) am a licensed professional clinical counselor. While Every Day Incredible is NOT intended to replace counseling services, and I am not filling the role of therapist in the group, I am passionate about sharing with the group the concepts and common struggles I have discovered through years of providing mental health counseling. In the group, I am thrilled to serve in a mentoring role, but strongly encourage group members to provide support and accountability for one another.  

It’s important for you to know that you are not alone!

How is the paid membership, "Digging Deeper" different than the Every Day Incredible Ladies free group?

In the Every Day Incredible Ladies group, members are encouraged to share lighthearted events, pray for one another, share scripture, share basic goals, discuss new content when it is published at Every Day Incredible, and more. It’s a place to pray together, laugh together, and learn together with anyone who comes in and out. The Digging Deeper group is designed to be a much more focused journey. There is a path to follow from the time you first enter the group. It’s about digging deeper in your spiritual journey with other believers who are motivated to embrace the full armor of God, learning together what that means for them in day-to-day life. Within the digging deeper group, members also have access to eCourses, webinars, printables, and other new content as it becomes available. Group members provide accountability and support for one another as each works towards her own personal set of goals, working to change mindsets, destroy strongholds, and break the thinking and behavior habits that hold them back through depression, anxiety, and any other form of self-sabotage.

Do I HAVE to share my goals and struggles in the Digging Deeper group?

Short answer- No. You don’t have to share anything you’re not comfortable sharing. With that said, it is a private group for ladies who are motivated to work at improving their own spiritual health. We cannot guarantee confidentiality but hope that a strong bond can be shared with everyone in the group and expect those in the group to keep what is shared there IN the group. Sharing your struggles to whatever extent you are comfortable can actually benefit everyone in the group. Sharing your story and how God is working, sharing scripture, and most importantly, sharing prayer is a vital part of what makes the group work. Scripture emphasizes the importance of sharing testimonies and building the faith of the body of Christ, and that is what we hope to do in the Digging Deeper group. We want to grow, support, mentor, encourage, fellowship, and minister. We hope each member finds her own place within the group to minister to others with the comfort she’s been given. We are all different parts of the body, with different purposes, and different strengths. YOU and YOUR input may be exactly what we need!
